I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.
I don't understand either. I'm chalking it up to Amazon reps being too damn lazy to properly do their jobs or EA truly not providing them enough codes. Either way somebody dropped the ball and owes the consumers an apology.

I had the same problem but i pre-orderd it on disk and didnt get the addons
Figured I'd give a quick update. I chatted with Amazon's customer service. They indicated that a lot of people have been encountering the same issue (obviously). The rep said that they would submit a request to the marketing department to send me a code and that I should receive it within 3 business days. Fingers crossed I suppose...

I have the deluxe edition for Ps4. I have verified that the bonus content was downloaded and installed but NO BONUSES are in the game!! HELP!
It seem the problem,is not just with Amazon i pre-ordered it for a local online vendor in South-Africa and have not receive the preorder codes. currently waiting on the vendors response
Adding my name to this list. Amazon has not been helpful at all and the codes need to come from EA. So someone screwed up. If anyone hears of a resolution please let us all know.
