Mission progress lost in campaign in mission 4 (empire)

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I have ended campaing mission 3 (Rebellion) and played mission 4 (Empire) I didn't end the mission but had a saved progress of it. Then I quit the game When I reentered the game later and clicked to continue the campaing I was taken back to the BEGGINING of mission 3 (Rebellion) where I should be playing on one of the checkpoints on Mission 4 (Empire)
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. It occured in the menu when I clicked contiune the campaing, the most upper option.
