I was having this same issue on 18-Dec-2019. The solution, as another posted in this thread, is to rapidly SPAM the Z-key (or the left mouse-button) rather than HOLD the key/button as was introduced early on in the tutorial. The tutorial for PC should be updated to indicate you should spam (rapidly press and release) the Z-key and left-mouse button rather than hold them steady (e.g., to break out of webs or wherever those actions were first introduced to the player).

I don't, but I also found a solution in the forums that worked. Instead of holding down the 'Z' key, I spammed it (pressed multiple times) and then it worked. I think that is the bug. You should be able to just hold down the key, but that doesn't work. If that isn't how it is supposed to work, it isn't clear in any directions.

i am playing against the 9th sister and it wont die.. I have full health and am playing on story mode .. I am on a PC and no matter what i do when I get her down to no health she hits me once and kills me .. one shot its over.. this happens every time I play . This has got to be a bug

I have an idea that might fix this have you tried to block her hits after she is at zero health and then attack her when you can maybe it is glitched and her health bar doesn’t show the final slice of her health. Hope this helps if it doesn’t I will try to help you find a way to fix it I have the game on Xbox and I would guess the glitch would be on Xbox also. Good luck hope this works!

I spam the key and have even changed the key in hopes that would make a difference but nothing! I die every time. I cannot continue on in this game because I cannot beat her, even on story mode. Did I mention I am spamming the key as fast as I can?

I tried the solution posted and spammed the X and O keys and that fixed the problem both in the fight and at the end.

Me too. No matter how much health I have, I try and dodge, evade, force slow or attack I still die. Playing on PS4
