Not able to scan entry: Researcher, 13. Faded Mural on planet Bogano

Summarize your bug I am not able to scan/collect Databank entry: The Researcher, 13: Faded Mural on the planet Bogano.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you are returning to your ship after you learn to run on walls, you come to the scan/cutscene of the jedi hologram telling you of Dathomir. This is on the left side of door. I must have just opened door and then used meditation point, therefore I didn't see the mural on right side of door (the one that is now bugged for me).
What happens when the bug occurs? BD (the droid) doesn't hope off my shoulder like he usually does when he wants to scan something. I think it's bugged b/c I was supposed to get it after the cutscene of the jedi hologram informing me of the planet Dathomir but I didn't see my droid over there so I went back to my ship.
What do you expect to see? https://youtu.be/BqZ1kOvIc40?t=343 5:43 in the video is what is supposed to happen, my droid stays on my shoulder and no scan icon shows like it should. As I said above if you want to back the video up you can see the cutscene before that, on my game I just ran through door and immediately used meditation point.

I think it "bugged" b/c at 5:42 in video https://youtu.be/BqZ1kOvIc40?t=342, unlike this person I went through the doors and meditated, either I didn't see the option to scan or it was bugged to begin with, I'm honestly not sure.
