Ongoing SWBF (2015) Server Issues On Xbox Since Half Sept., 2025
Hello since yesterday I can't connect to battlefront to play multiplayer on xbox has anyone been having the same issue?

Date/Time observed: every attempt
Frequency: 100% – every attempt to connect
Other EA titles tested: Battlefront II (2017) connects with no issues on same console/network
NAT type: [Open– from Xbox network test]
Connection type: Wired Ethernet
Troubleshooting tried:
- Restart console and router
- UPnP enabled on router
- DNS set to Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)
- Re-linked EA account
- Cleared reserved space / cache
- Still receiving error 721

As few already pointed out, the SWBF on Xbox are not connecting to EA servers. Tha game is unplayable for me right now. It only runs the Training mode. It would be great, if EA or Microsoft look into that.

Same issue here. Just got off chat with support and didn’t get to the bottom of it.
Did they just not have a clue it was happening or just didnt have answer how to fix?
they were walking me through “log in, log, out, do this, reconnect stuff and the. switched gears real quick and said “go to the forum and see if anyone else is having the issue and up vote ones that sound like yours.”. Either they were just trying to get rid of me or figured out it wasn’t just my issue. Can’t believe no word a week later.
Yes, same issue here. I’m in North America and SWBF 2015 just keeps trying to connect to the SWBF server but never successfully. Has been a few days. All other games connect fine. Friends and family having the same issue.

I could connect but never find a game. Now I can't connect. Just infinite 'connecting'.
I live in Brazil and I use Xbox series X and I play SW battlefront 2015 and I have no connection to play online. That sucks!
Just bought expansion packs for this and a few days ago and now we can not play anything. The IT connect said the server was being shut down. How can you sell for this game and then say that the server is shut down. I am frustrated beyond belief with this.
