I placed a ticket because I can't even play split screen with my son using our xbox one. The response I received is that it cant be fixed (screen shot attached). This is unbelievable

So,……no reply from EA? No connection for Star Wars Battlefront 2015 on Xbox X series here in North America and it has been more than 3 weeks. Tons of people having the same problem. We have online communities centered around this game and we are all missing our community connection. Getting anxious. No fixes seem to help yet!
Is it just me, or did EA delete all the posts about the lack of connection to the BF2015 servers? There were a ton of threads here, and now there's only one left.

This is already getting ridiculous. It has been weeks since it is like this. The game is still for purchase on Xbox store, but if you do buy it or already own it, you cannot play it! Is that alright, EA?

You can, but you have to log out of your main account.
