I wrote an email to technical support on this page https://help.ea.com/en/games/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront/ There is a Contact us link at the bottom of the page. So far I've only received a response from a robot, but it seems like if you reply to a message it will be forwarded to tech support.

Hey, I'm having the same issue. SWB 2015 is just stuck in a loop trying to connect. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled, and cleared the cache, still nothing. Is it my system, EA servers, or my Xbox Series X? Really like this game and would love to keep playing. Please help, you're my only hope!

I could connect but never find a game. Now I can't connect. Just infinite 'connecting'.

I live in Brazil and I use Xbox series X and I play SW battlefront 2015 and I have no connection to play online. That sucks!

Just bought expansion packs for this and a few days ago and now we can not play anything. The IT connect said the server was being shut down. How can you sell for this game and then say that the server is shut down. I am frustrated beyond belief with this.
