@bagaragan12 Can i check that you're in Turkey and bought a Turkish version of the game? Did you buy digitally or physically?

Have you reached out to PSN support? You mention having a UK account and a Turkish one, which one was the game bought on?

@EA_David I bought From PSN BRAZIL and my account from BRAZIL. And continous problem !!

Same problem on PC. Any solution yet?

@LasTM88 Your issue appears to be a separate one. If the issue is occurring on PC, please try repairing the game to start. Right-click the game panel to get this option. 

@Jmjeffers12 @CaptONeal1978 Hey, are you still encountering this issue? What region are you in and how did you purchase the game. 

Turkish users affected by this, did you all purchase from the PSN store? Was it the standard version?

@EA_David Thanks for your attention. I have purchased the standart game from PSN TR as well. Nothing special with the purchase.

The console was puchased in TR as well. 

I must say this does not affect all Turkihs users, as i have friends playing BoJ maps without any problems. 

I am unable to play BoJ since it's lauch so far - so it's been a while. 

I have tried all outcome provided from various channels which i shared under this post as well - EA Customer Support etc. - but it doesn't work out. 

Any thoughts on what the problem might be and how to fix it? And would appreciate your feedback on EA's acknowledgement and activity on the problem as thread has been active for quite a while as you can sell.

@EA_David I do not think this is the case, I live in TR, as i have puchased both the console and the game from TR. 

I did not have any cross-region activity to cause such a regional problem.

Same problem. I have PS4 Limited Edition with Star Wars Deluxe Edition. They do not fix it. I will return it and never buy EA Games again!

I've downloaded the new update V1.04 (1,41GB size) now, and here comes a treat for thought for you.

I ran a droid run on Goazan badlands and it works just well.

But turning point is still not working (map graveyard of giants)

So it's all messed up now. 

Any thoughts?

I have a few more questions for affected Turkish users. 

Did you download the Jakku content by searching the store, or by going through the Related Items menu on the SWBF panel?

When you made the purchase was it digital? If so did you make the purchase via the web storefront or through the in-console store?

Did you pre-order or purchase after launch?

Can folks confirm the size of the install for the Jakku content on their machine (thanks dederuh)?

- I had a small problem on pre-order / after launch purchase. I pre-ordered the game via PSN iPhone App, all seemed good but i did not rvc any e-mails. Anyway, it didn't let me to download when the game launched. I checked the credit card and all, but the purchase was like never happened at all. So I needed to purchase again via console-store after launch and could not benefit from early Access when the countdown was over. The Purchase history stayed however, as it was my prev. purchase with EARLY ACCESS available. Screenshot enclosed.

- In console, I've made the purchase via home-screen guidance to the game, it automatically adressed me to Battlefront Purchase page.

I thought it was something small but this confusion may have smt to do with the problem (or maybe smt totally different i don't know)

hi, i bought swbf from turkish psn store after launch, during of january discount.

and i did download jakku dlc from turkish psn (related ingame link, and after directly store, and after downloaded uk psn)

on the other hand, last bf4 maps, operation outbreak and night operations

have same problem.  they are not loading.

problem was solved. jakku is on air!
