The team is aware of some reports of white screen crashes and we apologize to those experiencing this. Have you tried a power cycle with the console to see if that help avoids it?

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    @EA_Blueberry This is really upsetting for me because I’ve been waiting for this game for a while and i even bought a new tv for it. It sucks I can’t even enjoy the game.

    @EA_Blueberry I’ve also restarted my walkthrough multiple times and all different difficulties but soon as I get to that part it crashes

    @FrozenBats 

    Try going to a meditation point before you continue where it's crashing. Some players have had success doing that. If you have cloud saves enabled, deleting the local saved data for the game might help too. My Games & Apps>Highlight Fallen Order>Press Start>Manage Game.

    @EA_Blueberry I tried meditation and it didn’t work there’s one right before I drop down to go into the cave. And the only saved data I have is my saved data if that’s what you want me to reset ?

    Okay. ☹️ I hate to ask you to restart, but that might be the ideal option to go forward if these steps are not getting you past that point. As I've previously said there are some reports of white screen issues which we've forwarded over to the team to investigate, however I don't have any time-frame on when it will be addressed nor want to give you the expectation it's going to guarantee it will fix this save point for you. You can have multiple saves on your system, so it's worth still keeping this one until additional updates are added.

    @EA_Blueberry I’ve already tried restarting my game on every difficulty to see if it’ll work but it still crashes when I get to that one point every time I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen that Jedi fighter in the beginning

    Have you tried deleting both local and cloud saved data and then reinstalled the game? When performance issues like these occur, a reinstall is always a good option to take.

    @EA_Blueberry I’ve deleted all data saved on game I haven’t reinstalled because I play on a hotspot I can’t just redownload but I’ll delete game and wait to redownload and see if it fixes

    @EA_Blueberry I have been getting consistent crashes during the Kashyyyk cutscene (when Cal yells "hey" as the Mantis lands) after destroying the Landing Platform near the beginning of the level. I use PC. Please help?

    LOL I just got this game and I've managed to reach Kashyyyk but before landing right after taking a seat on the cockpit it crashes. "XBOX ONEX." It took me to fully reboot, restore my xbox just to play again. Once again EA! Once again EA. Beautiful effort, poor execution

    I have a standard Xbox one, have installed game on just internal and external hard drive. Started over not from saved game. Power cycled too but I can not get past the corridor after the train (dream sequence/vision) every time I get to door in the imperial looking corridor I open it and the floor drops out from beneath me, I keep falling until I die and it asks to re spawn
