Hey @TheLostWomprat,

All of the emails you get from us will only be sent to the email address that's been linked to your account, and won't be sent to any other email address. What seems more likely to me is that you made a second account with your second email address (the one without +ea at the end) which is why you're being sent emails.

If you decide that you don't want this second account (which I'm assuming you don't), we have steps on how to delete your EA account here.

    so before the 9th yes all emails I got from your self's where from the +ea since then and I can confirm this with evidence I have now been getting them without the +ea, the emails are coming from the email

    If you don't want to sort that this is fine end of the day this is a GDPR breach by your self's which one of your community managers has also completely ignored. I have also been advised to now screen shot all reply's as you are aware you have broken the law and are not doing anything about it as a company. If you want this resolved I would advised to private massage to get this sorted as you will need personal information I'm not going to provide on a message board to wort out.

    I repeat there is no second account and now all of a sudden all emails are coming without +ea where as before the 9th they cam with +ea

    @TheLostWomprat,

    Again, the only way this can happen is if there's a second account with that other email address. Have you tried reaching out to our live support team about this? You can reach out to them via the article I've already shared, or you can follow the steps here to reach out to one of our advisors. It's entirely possible that you made a second account by accident; I've seen it happen plenty of times. They can help clear this up very quickly.

    clearly you cant read i have tried and would not let me go to live support you saying this cant happen is a joke, I will inform the correct people regarding this and let them deal with you have had that you did this from the 9th, I will bve reaching out to a few people i know well and passing them the evidence of this, honestly your company is worse than sony and you have clearly seen what happens when thibng like this come out that you are trying to hide!!! your system is at fault no second account i have reconfirmed so ether your person that sent the email has made one i dont know about or your breaking the law which is it

    I have clicked the link and does not take me to the option just the normal ones enjoy like i said I will now report this to the corrent places clearly you dont care about GDPR breaches! you sent my personal information to another email not connected on your system enjoy what happens also now reporting onto steam and google and apple as this breaches there t&c to sell or have apps on there platforms

    @TheLostWomprat,

    I'm trying to help. There's a pretty direct link to our live support via the first link I sent, which I'll share again here, and they can take a look at this for you. There's also steps in that article about invoking your right to be forgotten if you're worried about your data and how we're using it.

    I'm still not convinced that this what you think it is, and that you've just made a second account at some point, but in either case our live support team can help you. We're not really able to look into account issues here on the forums, but they can pull everything we need up on their system.

    Again, I'm doing my best to help you here. I'd appreciate it if you could make it a little easier so we can come to a solution. If the link to live support in the article I shared doesn't work, let me know what the issue is and I'll find another way to get you the help you need.

    So, one I'm am a programmer that works a lot with what we are talking about, 2 I can confirm I have never and will never make a second account so this is a GDPR BREACH! 3rd again the link you sent me does not send me to live support again a pointless interaction. Honestly this is a joke i have informed you i have the evidence of this and will not be taking action you have my user information so can see my email, don't worry a stream over over 300 people are currently seeing this and about to pass the information to a stream of over 15000 people enjoy

    Guessing that you have now realised you have had a data breach? yes I have confirmed this and my bank is currently clawing back the 7 games purchased on your system
