Re: Ongoing SWBF (2015) Server Issues On Xbox Since Half Sept., 2025

As few already pointed out, the SWBF on Xbox are not connecting to EA servers. Tha game is unplayable for me right now. It only runs the Training mode. It would be great, if EA or Microsoft look into that.

This issue has returned. Please advise. 

This issue is back. Please fix it.

For real. It’s working on play station and pc but not Xbox. Actually ridiculous that it’s not working on Xbox considering you can still buy the game and over half of it (multiplayer) isn’t functional.

Same issue here.  Just got off chat with support and didn’t get to the bottom of it.

Exact same issue here in US. I’ve been able to connect 2x in the last 7 days. 

My Xbox stopped being able to connect to the EA servers nearly a week ago. No solutions from EA, no way to contact them

Are they going to fix this? Plenty of people are trying to play.

Did they just not have a clue it was happening or just didnt have answer how to fix?

Yes, same issue here. I’m in North America and SWBF 2015 just keeps trying to connect to the SWBF server but never successfully. Has been a few days. All other games connect fine. Friends and family having the same issue.

Yes, same issue here in North America. Tried many of the same fixes but SWBF 2015 only. Keeps just trying to connect to server for multiplayer and gear but never successfully. Many other games connect fine. My friends and family have the same issue. Seems similar to what happened in 2022 and again  in 2024. Took EA a while to figure those out as well.

I'm having this same issue but I'm in the US and on Xbox Series S

EA_Kent: this is happening again as of about three weeks ago. Some of us cannot connect and there are several new threads complaining of the same issue.

Personally, on XBox Series X, have not been able to connect to EA servers for about three weeks. Tried on XBox One a couple of times and was able to connect once. Went back to Series X hoping the issue was fixed, but back to XBox One and the issue persists.

Few days later, tried again and was able to connect on XBox One and played all day without issue this past Saturday, I believe). I notice my NAT type was set to "Strict" that day. Just saying.

I have not been able to connect since.

Please fix this I'm done with Destiny 2.

I am still having problems connecting how de we contact EA support?

they were walking me through “log in, log, out, do this, reconnect stuff and the. switched gears real quick and said “go to the forum and see if anyone else is having the issue and up vote ones that sound like yours.”. Either they were just trying to get rid of me or figured out it wasn’t just my issue.  Can’t believe no word a week later.

Not been able to play for a couple of weeks now. EA is there a plan to address this?
