If you're playing EA games, your PSN ID is already linked to an EA account. The only time you'll link it is when you log into an EA game for the very first time for account creation OR you visit our Help site and login using your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag credentials without ever playing an EA game.

Go to our Help site at Help.EA.com and log in using the Xbox/PlayStation icon. Once you're signed in, select Accounts at the top and then Change Email Address. You'll be able to see what email address is currently being used for the EA account your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag that is linked to.

    @EA_Blueberry  That's exactly what doesn't work. I type in my Microsoft accout's passw and username and then I still cannot log into EA. The little window in which I typed my MS pw and username simply disappears and nothing happens.  When I log in w/ my EA username and pw then I can see that my MS account is not linked.

    Please help it won’t let me link my accounts when I try to Link them it keeps saying my PS4 account is ineligible.
