Yeah I got the steam borders too, and in the DLC section of the game page on steam it says I have the preorder edition, pretty frustrating when ever I see someone who does have the cosmetics equipped in game lol

Hey everyone,
You'll need to play for a bit in order to find your pre-order content in-game. Here's how:
- Complete the Prologue, and unlock all four ships for each faction in the Hangar to receive your items.
- Find your Ship Skins in Hangar -> select ship -> Edit loadout.
- Find Flight Suits via Main Menu -> Customization.
If you've been playing specifically on Steam and you're missing pre-order content, and you experienced Error 918, please check > this < thread.
If you're not playing on Steam, and you still haven't received your pre-order content after progressing far enough into the game, please leave a comment here.

I did the preorder and have gone thru the story mission and have unlocked the 4 ships but the only skin I have unlocked is starbird squadron for the x wing, and suppressor skin for tie fighter, am I missing something? on xbox1
I’ve definitely progressed far enough into the game and i’m on Xbox, yet i haven’t got the bonus’s yet - mine also says available after operation 2.

I finished the story and have used all the ships in multiplayer and the pre-order content still says locked until operation 2 i'm on a PlayStation 4
- @Straatford87 I pre-ordered on Xbox One and still haven't been able to use my bonus content as it says it is locked until Operation 2
- @dangerranger945 Did u enter the code on psn store? I did Nd had same problem had to close it go to game on main system menu go down to where shows add in’s download again then restart game
- @Straatford87 I also pre ordered the game on xbox one, have the pre order content installed on the hard drive, but the cosmetics are still locked behind the "operation 2" caption. I also got a notification that I have the pre order content in game, but still no unlocks. Any help would be appreciated!
Is there anyway they could fix this
I preordered on September 2 at Gamestop for PC. The code I received unlocked the game at ORIGIN, but there is NO access to the preorder content.
I have gone through the entire campaign and unlocked all of the ships.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and take care.
