Refund

I brought the New Star wars battlefront today and after having played for only a short time have decided on a refund due to the hack that are being run that you don't seem to be able to stop, a shame as I have had about all the battlefield games to date.

Anyway, every time I try to get through to the refund page it * out and says  page does not exist , I have fully recorded the times date and results of each attempt, so that it does not just work after the refund time and tell me i'm too late, will keep trying , but this needs to be looked into.
