I get this message when I try to do multiplayer "sorry, but you do not meet the criteria to access online features".. I rebooted my xbox1, I have xbox live acct, and checked my internet connection, and still get the same message.
Hi, I created a sub account for my son on PS4 and am signed up for PlayStation plus. I personally have an EA account and when signed in as myself I can access online game play for Star Wars battlefront.
The issue is when my son signs in under his user name in PS4, he gets an error message " sorry, but you do not meet the criteria to access online features".
How can I resolve this?

The respondents after 6:00PM and on weekends are volunteers and do not HAVE to answer each post, especially if there's competition for their time from their real lives! The fact that account questions are OUTSIDE of the members' access has a lot to do with it. You should be asking the paid customer support personnel.
If this thread is still being accessed, as it seems to be: nothing much has changed. The rank and file members cannot answer about ACCOUNT problems. The absense of Community Managers during the overnight hours is still accurate. Almost all will be gone by 5:30PM, US' CST, and lately, the past few months has seen a very small weekend presence from a very few of them from early morning through mid-afternoon, my time here in the middle of the USA.
I highly suggest you call EA's support line. This sounds like an account issue that can only be fixed on their end. If you need help finding the number for the support people feel free to PM me. I hope this issue gets resolved soon! In the mean time, just keep it chill and enjoy your other favorite games.
