Star Wars Battlefront Beta [problem] black screen on launch

what you have to do is open another smaller window in front of it and it will go into a non fullscreen mode, you can then hit enter to get to the main menu, then reopen the other window, click on options, open the window again, then go to visual settings, open the window again, and turn the game to borderless windowed mode then u should be able to play the game no problem

The problem is solved for me! I've installed SP 1 for Windows 7 and the game is working now.

Mine is still black screen and it says that I don't have latest Intel graphics installed even though I do!

like did you even hit the update button once? I think i have service pack 1 installed for like what? 3 years now?

Hello,

You have to be logged in Windows as a Administrator. It will work then. With normal user you just have black screen.

I have Windows 10 installed,. GeForce driver 355.82v

Same problem here. PC specs are Windows 7 64bit, q6600 quad core, 8GB, GTX 970, DX11, Samsung SSD, monitor set to 2560x1440. All drivers and Service Packs are up to date and I am running as Admin. Reinstalled Origin and same issue. -novid -noborder - windowed did not help and neither did repairing the game. I was going to preorder today but no I am holding off to see how many other problems pop up. 

they gave the beta access but the time is running out trying to launch the game...
