Stuck on the Mantis first time visiting Ilum

Summarize your bug I left Dathomir after the undead night sisters chased me from the temple, then decided to go to Ilum. Upon arriving, I found neither Cere nor Greez anywhere in the ship, and none of the doors open. The holotable wasn’t interactable. I closed the application and reloaded my save, and now no matter how many times I try restarting the application, I’m stuck looking at Cal’s back listening to him talk to Cere in the doorway of the Mantis unable to move, no matter how long I wait. The only control that does anything is the pause menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Ilum for the first time after escaping the night sisters on Dathomir
What happens when the bug occurs? Character is stuck at the doorway to the Mantis while a conversation between him and Cere happens. No matter how long I wait, he just stands there with the camera zoomed in on BD-1, unable to move.
What do you expect to see? Cal walk off the ship and actually talk to Cere for this conversation?
This breaks my game and I’ll be really upset if this forces me to restart the whole thing.
