Won't launch game
Game won't launch syncs with cloud
then does the first load box then just closes and i can click play again, restarted computer, verified files... updated game.
still doesn't want to let me play..

@zornroardidnt work but i can post link if you want to try. cyri website says we can run this on minimum requirements no problem and recommended asked for bigger video ram. If your using egpu you should have zero. problems but obviously not the case. go on systemrequirementslab.com to check for any1 that doesnt know to see what games your computer can run. as of the situation with star wars it has yet to be resolved and ea support still trying.....
Game freezes on start up screen (EA/Unreal engine screen)... Stays frozen there and "Not Responding" on the Task manager... doesn't completely crash
It would be best to set windows power options to high performance at present while troubleshooting, your dxdiag shows it set to "balanced"
this maybe trying to start the game on the intelcard instead of the nvidia card due to the power setting

yes , i would update the intel software and video driver too try using http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
the dxdiag shows crashes in the ZeroConfigService.exe and is a software component of Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software also in the Razer Synapse 3.exe
if you press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history it should display these crashes occurring
maybe boot to full clean boot per this link and see if any change
says my intel is up to date and so is my gpu driver. I did clean boot, but dont think that's fixing the issue have anymore ideas?
