Hello, My account is from Mexico as I live here.. It used to be a US account, but Sony eventually changed me to Mexican Store.. I have the PSVR Headset and I can see the download button grayed out on the VR Mission Tab.. In the Mexican PSN Store there are no VR section and it seems that the mission doesn't exist.. So Can you do something or tell me a workaround to get this VR Mission playing on my PS4.. Please advice.
On the Mexican Announcement Link it says that Rogue One DLC and VR Mission will be available for Holiday season.. We just got the Rogue One DLC, not the VR mission..

If it's still not working on the MX store can you post the URL for the unresponsive product, or a screenshot if there isn't a relevant URL?

Community AdminThanks, that seems pretty clear. If I look at my version of that page it has 13 options -including the VR mission- rather than your 12.
I'll try to find out more info, hopefully this can be added promptly.

I'm having the same exact issue in Mexico with this content, already did all your troubleshooting.
It's been a while since the mission has launched and EA is aware of the issue, they just don't care, bottom line they told me that there was nothing I could do and that I should take it up it up with Playstation, as expected Playstation says the issue lies with EA and that I should take it up with them.
Typical EA, I just don't know why do you advertise the content regionally (EA's Mexican Dedicated Site) if you are not going to provide access, that's just false and misleading advertising.
I actually bought the PSVR just to play this game. Im that much of a star wars addict, and Ive spent way too much time on this issue already, Ive talked to advisors on the phone directly with Playstation Store, they got really involved in trying to solve it, but couldn't. Then I talked to EA representatives who didn't actually try too hard just disregarded my emails saying that everything looked fine on their end that it should be a problem with my PSN account.
Please fix this! we want to play the mission! Or give us a chance to back out and return our money, ill gladly switch to any other content that doesn't scam users into buying games
