Achievements not working

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Intergalactic geographic stuck on 98% even thou all enemies scanned and I'm a living legend stuck on 92% but I have defeated all legendary enemies. Don't really want too go through the whole game again just too get these two. I've put 50 hours in so far with only seeds left too collect.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, maybe the game being on quick resume caused the bug, I've had issues on other games with quick resume.
What happens when the bug occurs? Stops me from unlocking achievement.
What do you expect to see? The achievement unlocked after hours of grinding.

This might seem petty over just a couple of a achievements but it's quite frustrating knowing that I've done them and they havent unlocked. I've 100% fallen order a couple of months before this released and hoped too do the same on this . Love these games and what they are doing with the star wars franchise. I hope you can fix these issues, thanks.
