AMD promotion code problem on Jedi Survivor

Hi,

I received a code for Jedi Survivor from an AMD promotion - I tried to activate it in the application, but it was not recognized. Can I get support from EA because my hardware supplier just told me ... away and go to EA with this problem as organizer of whole action ☹️

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with these promotions, as they are handled by AMD/the retailer where you've bought your CPU themselves.

I would recommend trying to get in touch with them.

Thanks! I can confirm this worked for me as well. I also had the same issue as everyone else. Claimed the code on AMD site, activated in EA app then got the errors/timeouts.

reloading the page in the EA app allowed Jedi Survivor to appear.

Update - I was one of the ones with the AMD code issue. I tried the steps listed earlier today (restart app, view refresh, etc) and they did not work. However, trying them again, the game finally did appear in the library.
Thank you Mods for keeping your cool with this issue and providing actually useful troubleshooting steps.

I redeemd the code on ea website and it didnt provide a download for the game nor does it show in my purchase history. Also when i try to redeem again its says code has been used..............WHERE IS MY DOWNLOAD AT ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
