Bug in meat factory

Hello, I have a problem with the game "STAR WARS: Jedi Survivor". In one scenario I used a hook to go up and advance but an enemy killed me and when the hook reappeared it stopped working by mistake and no longer allows me to advance. I tried restarting the game and everything but the problem continues.
