Hello . With the LOD flicker you mean this super annoying white flickers that show up right ? This is a known issue not only on ps4 but PC and Xbox . This just so happens to be happening to me after I reloaded the game (after playing it for 20 hrs without any issues) after the main story ending I will put in a Picture (sorry for bad quality) addressing this and asking if this is what your talking about
