Bugged stances when get Double Lightsaber
I have the steam version of the games and for some unknown reason as soon as I get the Double Saber stance the game BUGs and allows me to use all stances, there so bugging the game, I tried uninstall...

Allowing you to use all stances doesn't sound like a bug. What exactly do you believe to be the issue? It is unclear to me based on the pictures you included.
FYI - there is no "steam version of the game". It's the same game - just available for purchase from different outlets.

The problem is that as soon as I get the first new stance it unlocks all stances (that should only happens after progressing the game) but in a really bugged way (as shown in the print) breaking the game in a way I can't progress in the game anymore.
In the print you can see that I am at the beginning of the game and should not have those stances, and also the stance does not match the one selected in the UI.

Silly question - This is your first time thru the game, correct? You are not playing Game Plus, correct?
The picture with the Crossguard stance when it doesn't show as one of your chosen stances in the lower left is interesting.
Frankly, I'm stumped, particularly since you already reinstalled the game. Perhaps someone else will know what's happening. If you want, you can contact EA support directly to see if they can help you out.
