Bugged stances when get Double Lightsaber

I am still facing this problem, 2 years later, changed computer and still with the problem. Spoke to an EA representative that asked me to verify files integrity and post again here. I can't play the game and can't get my money back (that costs about 25% of minimum wage in my country).
