    IT'S FIXED! just return to the bit where you fight Caij and it'll prompt you to interact with nothing, then she'll reappear for the cutscene and fight! You have to redo the fight but the rumour will complete it's better than it being permanently broken!

I have fought Caij twice now, once without the cut scene and the other with the cut scene due to the first one being accidently started. yet the rumor remains and I am yet to receive the 18th bounty credit. it says all the bounty are complete but there still is the rumor and the final point still missing from my account

    The rumour should complete after the cutscene, not the fight, it seems your issue might be something that will only be resolved with a patch
