Game not launching

Every time I've tried to launch the game, it comes up with the "an error occurred on our end please try again later" message and the game fails to launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app as well as the actual game. I've verified the integrity of the game files on Steam. I've repaired the EA app/cleared its cache. I used the task manager to end the EA app and its background properties. I've done the run as administrator. I've talked to EA live support and their solutions didn't help. I even made the startup for the background properties automatic by doing the "Windows+R" and services.msc or whatever. Nothing is working for me at all. I have no problems launching and playing Fallen Order, but Survivor just won't work
