Can’t progress past “Climb Mountain to Observatory”

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug There’s no grappling hook to get to the wreckage. The first time I played that section there was but I was killed by the troopers during the cutscene. When I loaded back it was gone (possibly on a lower ledge). Oddly enough it is on the map clearly, just not when in front of it. So I am unable to move past this section and gain the electro dart ability for BD
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? No grappling hook to get to the ship, was there the first time.
What do you expect to see? The grappling hook to the wrecked ship.

I restarted game many times as well as rested at different meditation points and came back. Even went to other planets to try and reset it with no luck. Any body find a way to fix this? I would really love to finish the game and I put a lot of hours in.

    Still no fixes on this?!  It’s the middle of august this game came out awhile ago

    Yes, there is no ship to ever grapple to!! What the hell am I supposed to do??? Xbox X by the way.

    I have the same Problem. EA Technical Support doesn't care. All the response I get is to look for the problem and solution on the User Forums! So here I am! This is after over 38 hours of gameplay. 2 1/2 hours of that is various times jumping and dying. I had problems posting this even though I'm signed in! 

    Grappling hook has disappeared. No way forward or backwards!

    I certainly wouldn't restart the game, only to get to this point again and not be able to move forward.

    The warranty on this game to get your money back is less than the 38 hours I've put into it. 

    I'm getting very tired of having someone from a 3rd world country telling me to look at the forums for help!
