Can’t progress past “Climb Mountain to Observatory”

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug There’s no grappling hook to get to the wreckage. The first time I played that section there was but I was killed by the troopers during the cutscene. When I loaded back it was gone (possibly on a lower ledge). Oddly enough it is on the map clearly, just not when in front of it. So I am unable to move past this section and gain the electro dart ability for BD
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? No grappling hook to get to the ship, was there the first time.
What do you expect to see? The grappling hook to the wrecked ship.

There’s no grappling hook to get to the wreckage. The first time I played that section there was but I was killed by the troopers during the cutscene lol. When I loaded back it was gone (possibly on a lower ledge). Oddly enough it is on the map clearly, just not when in front of it. I restarted game many times as well as rested at different meditation points and came back. Even went to other planets to try and reset it with no luck. Any body find a way to fix this? I would really love to finish the game and I put a lot of hours in.

    Also having this problem, I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix the bug I’ve even tried trying to glitch myself into the cutscene again or something.

    this is infuriating, the one time I choose to run from an annoying mob instead of fighting them I run into a game breaking bug. I’ve put a ton of hours into this game and I’m permanently stuck, please patch this immediately, how on earth you thought being killable during a cutscene as acceptable game design is beyond me.

    Can’t progress past “Climb Mountain to Observatory” 

    the grapple hook on the  shuttle won’t appear after I was killed during the cutscene

    Me too. What are ea double about this. 60 quid and this game breaker happens. Terrible stuff indeed!!!

    Same thing here. The grapple hook was there the first time but now is gone. Cant advance. I'm on PS5. Super frustrating

    I have the same exact bug on PS5. I was able to grapple to the shuttle one time, and then I died somehow inside the front compartment of the shuttle. When I respawned, the grappling hook is gone from the shuttle and cannot get back in no matter what. I've quit, reset, reloaded.

    Same issue on Xbox Series X, only the wreckage isn’t even there. EA FIX YOUR BROKEN GAME, IT’S BEEN MONTHS.
