Cannot play offline?!

I cannot play this game offline. Even if I sign in online, leave the app open, go offline, and try to start the app, it won't work. I checked "remember me" when logging in. This is a game I purchased to be able to play when I want...

Windows 11. Most updated version of EA app. Even when I'm actively connected to WiFi, if I click "Go Offline" and try to open Jedi Survivor from the same EA app window, I get the EC 204 License expired warning.
