I cant launch any jedi game (fallen order, survivor) because it keeps saying there is a problem with your games setup. please reinstall the gameI have reinstalled it several times, diagnosed it, reinstalled the ea app, cleared its cache, install c++ and dx drivers, and none of them helped. any idea?

Your DxDiag shows that your system drive (C:) has only 21.7 GB free, which might be too low for stable performance. I suggest that you try making some space by uninstalling unnecessary programs and moving files to another drive.

Apart from that, you can also try:

Clean install your GPU Drivers

Disable overlays from Steam/EA app/Discord

Lower in-game settings

Clean Boot

I see you have two GPUs and the main GPU has an outdated driver. I suggest that you set up a gaming profile and update the GPU drivers. You can find instructions for that here: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
