Can't launch or download game on PS5

same problem just message when I go to download you can't buy this product for the following reasons:  .... Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Tracker I just want to be able to play the game. if anybody also goes to try and fix it themselves by downloading the ps4 version its looking like it totally messed up my save game if I download the ps4 version onto ps5 so anybody trying to play don't bother downloading ps4 or it might screw with your save game. EA do you have a fix for this or at least can let us users know if you are working on a fix. I would love to keep playing Jedi survivor and its the little things like this that are putting me off playing future EA games :(

Same problem for me. I spent £20 on the Deluxe upgrade but get the same message about a conflict with “Survivor Tracker”. 

Anyone able to suggest a solution?

I am having this same exact issue. A solution is needed asap. I also deleted it before I could try restoring the license. Now I cannot download or access the game on EA Play at all.
