Can't progress past door to wind tunnel after learning jump dash

I can't progress past door to wind tunnel on the path to Pilgrim's Sanctuary, right after learning jump dash. A pop-up is supposed to come up to prompt a force pull. I've contacted customer service twice about this but no patch has been released after two weeks. I'm on PS5 and have tried re-installing the game as well as pause glitching through the door without success. I was advised to post on here in the hopes that a developer sees it and can get it fixed.
