Child’s Hideaway databank record not showing despite scanning

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug The “Child’s Hideaway” databank record is missing from the databank record for Prospector’s Folly, despite it being scanned and with all databank collectibles shown as complete in the map. Results in Koboh being stuck at 99% completion.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to the location of the Child’s Hideaway databank collectible in Foothill Falls, Prospector’s Folly, Koboh. Scan the collectible and see if it registered in the databank record for Koboh.
What happens when the bug occurs? The databank collectible is no longer available in location or on map, but the scan is missing from the databank record
What do you expect to see? The scan register in the databank record

    The child’s hideaway scan goes to the phon’qi’s caverns databank, not prospectors folly. You are probably missing a different one that will not show up on the map but will be there after progressing in the story.

    This isn't a bug, as someone pointed out the data point goes in to a different datapoint group, the last datapoint is only accessible after the credits. You have to chat to the pyloons characters and one will inform you someone has died, then head into the Mountain Ascent area and the force focus thingy will be out in the open in the centre of the area.
