We're having issues with the game crashing every 15-30 minutes max. The crashes happen during cutscenes, at meditation points, and during typical gameplay. There is no error message, the game just freezes and returns to the console home screen. We're still on Coruscant - haven't been able to play much further due to all the crashing. There are also some minor visual glitches - some sparkling, some large colored squares appearing during cutscenes. Our larger concern is the crashing, then the visual issues.

Same! If I watch the intro cutscene, it crashes. If I skip it, I can walk about 5 feet then it crashes. I can sit on the menu, and it crashes. I go into the options, and it crashes. I can not play the game at all. It is frustrating.

Please can I get a refund? I cannot play the game. You have physical proof that I cannot play. I payed £62 for a game that doesn’t work. I have been speaking with your team for months now. Still no fix to my game. I have yet to play a single second of Star Wars Survivor and at this point, I don’t even want too. The customer service here is atrocious. We are being left with no updates. No word from developers. No word from community managers like yourself. This is the worst experience I have ever had for a game that is supposed to be “Next Gen”. Can someone, anyone, please tell me if I can get a refund, or are you going to fix your game so those of us who still have a defective game can actually play it?

I haven't been able to play much further past the opening cutscene. I open the first chest and sometimes can defeat the two Stormtroopers after that and it crashes without fail.

@Klownlux I have the same issue, even after the patch, I reset my console and cleared system cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled still hasn't fixed the issue.

If any other company sold you a faulty product you would be entitled to a refund.

How on gods Green Earth can EA consistently manage to release faulty games? How long can they fleece people out of their hard earned money and give them a steaming pile in return? I was So looking forward to enjoying my £70 adventure in the Star Wars Universe until EA released a buggy unfinished game that crashes every time I play more than 5 minutes of it!!!

I had the same problem... After i had pulled the network cable and played offline, i had so far no further crashes! I downloaded the title from the store... Cheers! 🤷‍♂️
