Constant crashing Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug I updated the game and since then, I have had numerous crashes and freezes of the game in the open world. I had just unlocked the treasure map yesterday and I was going through the open world exploring, getting all of the chests and I would have to repeat the same parts over again because I would grab a few chests, be no where near a meditation point, and the game would freeze or crash. I have had 7-10 freezes in the past 36 hours of the update being out on the console.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Explore the open world and when you are going through the game freezes. I had it freeze once I had just opened a chest and I went in to customize Cal, and as I got to the customization screen, it froze. Just now, I collected a skill point from one of the out branches of the central desert temple and just rotating the camera around to go to my next treasure caused the game to freeze.
What happens when the bug occurs? Frequent freezes that make the game unresponsive and have to be closed out fully or the game will crash on its own.
What do you expect to see? Information on whether this is a new issue caused by the performance update that has created too much pressure for the console.
