The exact same thing is happening with my digital copy of Gotham Knights. Still unable to play that title. I get past the opening scenes, begin the tutorial, and it freezes within 2 minutes of gameplay. I'm so tired and frustrated with these developers releasing these games that are not finished and/or fully tested. It's infuriating that we waste our hard-earned money on disappointing experiences.
EA support has yet to respond with a working solution to these issues on any of these threads.
Its ridiculous. Odds are I'll need to take it to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back from EA for my defective product. Its absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know what that means.
The first day I received my Series X from Walmart, I opened my Xbox Series X box, plugged it in, and that's how I've played it since. However Microsoft intended it from the manufacturer standard.

It's ridiculous. This should have been fixed by now.

- Bellarmine3603 years agoNot applicable@EA_Illium I have two separate XSX consoles in my household. One is opted into the Xbox Insiders program, the other is not. Neither XSX can play the game. All workarounds presented were done on both consoles and then some.

Hoping for a patch soon since it’s been a while since the last one. Been waiting since day one to play this game and it hurts that it’s gone so quiet around the communication about fixes

Any chance you have heard anything from the devs? I really want to play some Jedi Survivor, but at this point, I load up the game to watch it crash. I still have 0 hours into the game because It does not work. I even uploaded a video of it happening, and I can repeat the process repeatedly. The game is broken for me and there is not a thing I can do. Please respond with something to give me some hope.

Those of us who held out way past the refundable period now have a game that does not work at all.
