Summarize your bug I'm an unable to even get to the senetors ship without a crash since day one. I have not been helped by EA. I reached out to customer service. Expressed the issue. The next day I received an email staying my issue was fixed. It clearly was not. After attempting to submit another claim. EA will only direct me here. So I will give this one more chance and hope thay someone on here may know how to fix the issue. If not I'm seriously done with EA. This is seriously some of the worst customer service around
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes and either shuts down my Xbox or dashboards
What do you expect to see? Be able to play my game or some sort of refund seeing as I'm unable to play the game thay was purchased. It is a disc copy and the store I got it from will not accept it once opened )
The game is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times including today. Still no change. I would greatly appreciate a refund at this point. $70 for a game I can't play past the forst 5 minutes , and customer service has been 0 help
maybe try verifying the files hopefuly it works it worked for me
