Constant stuttering on PC, regardless of graphics settings

Since I first downloaded Jedi Survivor, I've been getting constant stuttering, and while I've managed to fix some of it, I can't get the stuttering to go away altogether. Here's some of my computer's specs, as you can see, I'm well over the minimum requirements.


Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050

    @Kenobi_2019  Your graphics card is actually below the minimum requirement of a GTX 1070 with 8 GB VRAM.  If I had to guess, the problem is less likely the slower speed of the 3050 than the fact that it only has half the video memory.  Jedi Survivor uses a lot of VRAM even on lower settings.  If you can play but with some residual stutter, that's probably about as good as you're going to get.
