Darth vader fight glitched

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Died during the Darth vader boss fight. And tried to respawn, but the game froze and upon restarting darth vader is nowhere to be found
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Since it happened to me after the game froze and upon restarting he wasn't there. I'm not sure how you can simulate it
What happens when the bug occurs? When I load up the game darth vader is nowhere to be found. Which makes it so that I can't continue the game. Or finish the story
What do you expect to see? Darth Vader showing up again. Making me able to continue the story

    fixed it by going back to the hanger going up in the lift resting then coming back into the vader room

    have the same issue but i logged off after i died and now vader isnt spawning

    No lift to go back to, just a void. and jumping down to respawn doesn't fix it. 

    Any EA solution please???
