Deluxe edition content partially missing from jedi survivor (pc, ea app)

I purchased the deluxe edition for jedi survivor, however every item i should have from the workbench, being the lightsaber, blaster and bd-1 skins, arent there and i cant use them, i already tried r...

Assuming you are able to customize your lightsaber in the workbench - just not seeing "rebel hero" as an option - I suggest you contact EA support directly. There should be an option to chat with support (at certain times of day I believe).

yeah i spoke to them, all they said was to wait a few days, even being that i already have the game for a week so im waiting a few days for a few days now lol, but thank you for the help!
