Deluxe Edition not working?

I bought the Deluxe Edition as my first purchase of this game, however I've gotten past the point of saving Zee and the New Hero Pack and Galactic Hero pack have not loaded. I have logged in and out, I've repaired the game, I've restarted the game and my device countless times, I've cleared the cache. Idk what to do when support tries one thing and when it fails they just pass me to the next support agent

    Please let us know if you’re still experiencing this issue and need any assistance. If the problem is still happening, could you confirm which platform you’re playing on and where you purchased the Deluxe Edition?
