Disable Fall Damage option is missing after latest PS5 patch.

Summarize your bug The "Disable Fall Damage" option is suddenly gone from my settings after the latest PS5 patch (should be above "Button Mash Options") and it's seemingly stuck to off, so I'm starting to take fall damage after the patch. Weirdly, the option is available in the main menu settings, but enabling it doesn't affect anything after I load my save, so it seems something inside the in-game settings is broken right now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a save on the PS5, then go into the Settings menu and scroll down to Accessibility - Gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? You will not be able to find the Disable Fall Damage option, and the setting is seemingly stuck to Off, so you are taking fall damage.
What do you expect to see? I expect to find the Disable Fall Damage option there and be able to switch it on.
