Dual Stance message won't go away. Can't attack anymore (pc)

I'm playing on a pc. I try to fight the ninth? sister and all is going well untill there is a popup of a Dual stance message . The message says something about holding F and there appears also a CTR...

This did not solve it for me.

I rebinded LMB (attack) and Force and special attack. I cannot attack anymore after entering dual stance mode when I get the on-screen message that I can automatically block all attacks using F.
