Dying after a single unblocked strike

@ferkle  Is it possible you enabled the Purity perk?  It's only supposed to be available in NG+, but I think I could equip it in my original save.  It increases both incoming and outgoing damage by a significant margin and doesn't take up any perk slots.

Playing Xbox at Jedi Knoght level. After Vader fight went to Nova Garon to confront Bode. Every hit from enemies causes health to run down to bottom.

Summarize your bug Went to a nova Garon to find bode. I have tried this at every difficulty with the same result. One strike takes meter to almost die and second strike kills me.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No ideas. I had been playing in Journey+ with about 29 hours of game time. After Seer is killed by Vader I followed story to Bode.
What happens when the bug occurs? I dies fast
What do you expect to see? Longer time to die
