I see most people can get into the game but they can't play it. I don't know if anyone has my issue but it keeps saying 'UPDATE REQUIRED' so I decide to update it and then this happens:First, a small 27MB update installs.Then a 27GB update installs but.Then a 130GB file tries to install.Then the update is applied.And finally, the process starts over again.I have restarted the app and PC.I have done a clean boot.I have repaired the game.Nothing is working.I am literally unable to get access to the game and I can't just re-download the entire game. This thing is 155GBS and I don't just have data to throw around like this.If anyone has the same issue, let me know. This is extremely unprofessional of the EA app. It is an unreliable application and this whole outcome is disappointing.

@Col_Hstar, it's likely that there's an issue with your local cache of the EA app. Please clear the cache and see if you can launch the game again. Thanks.

You have to just uninstall and reinstall the game, but right now i wouldn't even bother, the game is quite literally unplayable, 3090 and the game cant get over 30 fps, its a bad port and no optimization as of right now.

I have the exact same problem. Download is complete (preload) and now it says "Update required". Pressing the button does nothing, then suddelny a 27 gb update seems to do something and then a 130gb download starts, putting my folder size at over 260gb,
Clearing cache lets the downloaded game disappear completely from my library. Only after restarting like 15 times it finds it again but still wants to update.
EDIT: Trying to start the game via folder says "You don't have access, please log in to the user who downloaded this file"

I have to click update and then it quickly updates and finalizes then i have to update again.. just a constant cycle. I will try a fresh install so i'll keep you posted.

I am also currently doing a fresh install unfortunately, so I’ll only be able to play tomorrow. Hopefully the game will have a legitimate day one patch to fix some of the performance for those that are currently trying to play.

@Xpertgamer_599 I don't mind waiting. I think they are distributing the update not for everyone at once. I hope it is a case. Or it is a bug.
