Everything changes

When I play Jedi Survivor everything is fine but When I close it and plays again everything has changed. Cal is in a different avatar, the lightsaber, BD-1 and the blaster is changed to random. I have tried delete and download but that dosen’t work. I have tried starting the PS5 again. Also my opponents are much stronger, they take me in 1 hit

What should I do?
