Explore the Galaxy bug

So at the end of the game, you get an objective that says, explore the galaxy, and even after you explore every nook and cranny of the galaxy, it doesn’t update and go away. I don’t care if this is intentional it needs to be fixed. It’s a bug and it’s annoying and it needs to go.
