Fast travel points not loading

@Norwin32  I noticed this same thing when I was trying to complete the Kili Oso bounty.  It appeared that the game was forcing me to work my way to the location rather than fast traveling.  It reverted to normal after a short killing spree.  So try completing that bounty and see if you can use those fast travel locations again.
