Game breaking bug at "rescue Zee from Lucrehulk" mission
I am currently 47% into the story and have encountered a permanent progression-breaking bug in the Lucrehulk (Yurt Barracks) on Koboh. This is my third attempt at the game after hitting different bugs in previous runs, and I am officially stuck.
The Location: Immediately after the sequence where Cal and Bode split up due to a white laser shield. Cal enters a dark area. If you walk through that you supposed to trigger three droids to fly towards a round gate. That doesn't happen. If I jump towards the round gate some kind of music plays but nothing happens.
Because the encounter never starts, the progression remains locked.
The path backward is physically blocked by level design/shields, leaving Cal trapped in a narrow playable map.
What I have already tried (NONE of these worked):
Dying/Falling into pits: Respawns me in the same bugged place.
Quitting to Title Screen/Closing App: Reloads the local checkpoint inside the bugged zone, NOT the last Meditation Point.
Clearing PS5 Cache & Rebuilding Database: No change.
Full Reinstall: I have reinstalled the game twice; the issue persists in the save data.
Difficulty Toggling: Switched between Story and Grandmaster to force a script refresh; no effect.
Backtracking: Walked back to the split-point shield to try and "re-trigger", nothing.
Note to Devs/Community: There is no "Respawn" button in the Gameplay menu for PS5 and PS5 pro to force a teleport to a Meditation Point. Activity Cards are not offering a teleport option in my case. My save is effectively "poisoned" because the checkpoint is inside the broken script zone.
Has anyone found a way to "nudge" the physics engine or force a map reload on console when trapped like this?
